International experts will explore the future of responsible transport packaging in the V ISTA European Symposium

The event will be held from 10 to 12 of March 2015 in the facilities of ITENE in Valencia, Spain.
Application sectors:

ISTA -International Safe Transit Association- and ITENE, The Packaging, Transport and Logistics Research Center, present the V ISTA European Packaging Symposium “Exploring the future of Responsible Transport Packaging”  to be held from 10 to 12 of March 2015 in the facilities of ITENE in Valencia, Spain.

International packaging experts will discuss and showcase current and future challenges on economic and environmental optimization of distribution packaging and the latest testing techniques to assess fitness for distribution of packaged products.

The program will provide insight and benefit to delegates on the critical link between packaging and effective distribution of products, focusing on cost savings and delivering against sustainability requirements

The forum is aimed to debate and create innovative lines of work regarding economic and environmental optimization of distribution packaging. It will also bring up for discussion the latest risk assessment techniques and the adequacy of packed products to the distribution cycle.

Presentations will focus on several aspects of transport packaging that concern the logistics, packaging, production, purchasing, R&D, product design and development departments of most of industrial companies. In this sense, the event is addressed to a wide range of professionals from the Packaging Industry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, Retail sector, Logistics, Transport and Storage sector, Test Equipment, Computers, Electronics Audio and Video manufacturers, and all other specialists whose activities are related to distribution packaging.
